Perfect location right across from the beach. The room was clean with a nice balcony. The elevator was often out of service, which was frustrating.

Right across from the beach, this hotel made it super easy for me to take leisurely strolls along the sandy shores while enjoying the stunning views. Plus, I was just a short walk from fun spots like Galveston Go Karts and Moody Gardens, which are both less than 2 km away and perfect for a weekend adventure. The hotel offers nice amenities like a pool and decent breakfast options, but the cleanliness and condition of some rooms could definitely use a bit of work to match the otherwise fantastic location.

After reporting it twice, maintenance never showed up, and my daughter and I had to deal with cold showers. Definitely not worth the price we paid!

Sasha and the front desk staff were exceptional. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. The housekeeping team deserves praise, too; our room was clean, although room 310 had a noticeable odor. The comforters were a welcome upgrade since our last visit. A few improvements needed: the phone in the room didn’t work, and the bedding lacked comfort; cozy blankets would enhance the experience. Amenities are decent but outdated. Smart TVs are a must for families. Infrastructure hints at neglect—peeling balcony paint and slow elevators. Despite this, the location is prime. With some upgrades, this could transform into a stellar choice. Would return, especially for the value and cheerful staff.

My room faced west, providing pleasant evening views. The spacious design made it easy to move around. I appreciated the mini fridge and microwave for convenience. the king dust ruffle hung dangerously low on the queen bed. The bathtub showed rust, and cleanliness was lacking, with long dust particles from the ceiling. Despite the comfort issues, the noise level was manageable. I experienced several problems with the room and staff that detracted from the experience. the amenities could use significant improvement for a more comfortable stay.

Location is the highlight—right across from a less crowded beach, perfect for families. The pool was a hit with the kids. Breakfast had its ups and downs; fresh waffles were nice, but limited items left us wanting more. Rooms felt clean, but some need a makeover. Issues with the door lock made checking in a hassle and the musty smell lingered. Disappointment with not getting our balcony room on what was supposed to be a special occasion.

Upon arriving at Galveston Beach, we were excited to explore the area and enjoy a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. our room had some drawbacks that detracted from our overall experience. One of the main issues was the cleanliness of the room. We found bugs on the pillow and used tissues stuffed under the bedsheets, which was quite off-putting. The room was advertised as having an ocean view, but in reality, the balcony overlooked a power pylon with shoes hanging from the wires. The complimentary wifi didn't work, and the TV had no channel reception, making it challenging to unwind after a long day of travel. the bed in the room had a major dip in the mattress, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom showed signs of wear and tear, with rust around the tub and stains in the sink. The sofa had a noticeable patch of liquid spillage, further adding to the lack of cleanliness in the room. Despite these issues, the hotel staff were quick to address the problems with the key demagnetization and door difficulties. the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room left much to be desired. In terms of amenities, the hotel lacked adequate breakfast options, with shortages of essential items like eggs, gravy, and syrup. The room lacked soundproofing, and we experienced disturbances from live bugs, dead bugs, and filth in the halls. The male staff member we encountered was rude and unhelpful, impacting our overall impression of the hotel.

My friends and I had a blast chilling at the beach and hitting up the sick movie theater nearby, munching on popcorn and watching epic flicks. The hotel had rad facilities like a pool, gym, and even a golf course to keep us busy.

I had a blast enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony and soaking in the evening vibes with my favorite drink. I felt like a pro fisher at the longest pier in Texas. The beach gear made me feel like a beach superstar.
The roaches and falling ceiling were delightful company in my room.

The hotel is right on the seawall, close to a Walmart. The rooms are clean, staff helpful and friendly. We enjoyed a beautiful view of the beach and water from our rooms. The price for the rooms was very reasonable, and the free breakfast offered was good.
Our room keys didn't work well initially. Some door handles were difficult to open.

the location is on point! ! one short walk and you’re at the beach. the breakfast was nice, i liked how the breakfast area had windows that offered a great view of the ocean. the rooms were nice. i liked that the rooms had a balcony. the staff at the front desk are absolutely amazing. the young man who brought us extra towels was very helpful.

Our room had a double queen with a balcony, providing a beautiful view. The underground parking was convenient for easy access to the beach. I'd recommend this hotel.

The hotel is right across the beach, super convenient. They serve a hot breakfast and have free wifi, nice to have those perks. Plus, the ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful during check-in.
The room had a musty smell, some furniture showing wear and tear. Staff seemed a bit unprofessional, and cleanliness was subpar.

The hotel provided a variety of recreational activities such as a relaxing hot tub, well-equipped fitness center, a fun golf course, a refreshing outdoor pool, and even fishing opportunities to keep the whole family entertained.
My wife says that the hotel could enhance the children's play area.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! We loved being just a stone's throw away from the beach, with a beautiful balcony view of the water. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a nice TV. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for visiting Moody Gardens Convention Center and Moody Golf Course. The shower had great pressure and hot water, ensuring a refreshing experience. it was a pleasant and affordable stay.
The limited food availability during breakfast. Some items were out of stock, and it would have been better if they had more than one waffle iron and provided cream cheese for the bagels.

The king size bed provided extra space for my family. Covered parking and quick check in were convenient. Close to beach and amenities, with kind and helpful staff.
Felt most welcome, no complaints at all.
